Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: HUNT) has been notified of

the following PDMR trade. Sagittarius Capital Ltd., a close associate of Erik

A.S. Frydendal, CEO and PDMR of the Company, has today sold 2,000,00 shares in

the Company at an average price of NOK 2.0011 per share. After the transaction

Erik A.S. Frydendal and close associates owns 49,166 shares in the Company. PDMR

notification attached hereto.

Consequently, Sagittarius Capital Ltd. will subscribe for a minimum of 2,500,000

new shares in the expected upcoming subsequent offerings.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of

the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading

Act.
