Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: HUNT) has been notified of

the following PDMR trades.

Lama Global AS, a close associate of Lars Brynildsrud, CFO and PDMR of the

Company, has today sold 1,250,000 shares in the Company at an average price of

NOK 2.0 per share. After the transaction Mr. Brynildsrud and close associates

owns 4,937 shares in the Company. Following the sale, Mr. Brynildsrud will

subscribe for a minimum of 2,000,000 shares in the ongoing subsequent offerings.

Seal Invest AS, a close associate of Sujoy Seal, COO and PDMR of the Company,

has today sold 1,750,00 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 2.0 per

share. After the transaction Mr. Seal and close associates owns 22,916 shares in

the Company. Following the sale, Mr. Seal will subscribe for a minimum of

1,750,000 shares in the ongoing subsequent offerings.
