Sagittarius Capital Ltd. has today bought 100,000 shares of Hunter Group ASA at

a price of NOK 1.526 per share. Sagittarius Capital Ltd. is 100% owned by CEO

Erik A.S. Frydendal. After the transaction Erik A.S. Frydendal, or companies

controlled by him, owns a total of 2,041,166 shares of Hunter Group ASA,

corresponding to 7.1% of the outstanding shares in the company.
