Seal Invest AS, as company wholly owned by COO Mr. Sujoy K. Seal has purchased

1,766,666 shares in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") at the price of NOK 0.93

per share.

Sujoy K. Seal has today sold 1,766,666 shares in the Company at the price of NOK

0.93 per share.

Following the transactions, Mr. Seal, including entities controlled by Mr. Seal,

holds 1,772,916 shares in the Company, corresponding to 6.16% of the outstanding

shares.
