Apollo Asset Limited, a company fully owned by board member and primary insider

Mr. Arne Fredly, has today bought 8,000,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (the

"Company") at a price of NOK 2.17 per share. After this purchase, Apollo Asset

Limited owns 191,500,000 shares which constitutes 33.28 % of the outstanding

shares shares in the Company.
