Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 821,931 shares in Hunter Group ASA at a price of NOK 3.20 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 168,321,931 shares which constitutes 29.25 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
