Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 2,680,796 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.20 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 102,804,032 shares which constitutes 26.71% of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
