Mr. Steinar Bakke, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Badger Explorer ASA,

has today purchased 125,000 shares in Badger Explorer ASA at a price of NOK 1,35

per share. Mr. Bakke's total holding of shares after this transaction is 155,000

shares.

The Chief Executive Officer of Dalvin Rådgivning AS, Mr. Gunnar Dolven, who is

also the Chief Financial Officer of Badger Explorer ASA, has today purchased

125,000 in Badger Explorer ASA at a price of NOK 1,35 per share. Mr. Dolven's

total holding of shares after this transaction is 434,872 shares.
