The fourth vessel

The board has made the first instalment of USD 8,55m for the fourth vessel (Hull

nr 5460) and the refund guarantee is in place. The design is identical with the

first three vessels and total cost is USD 82.8m, plus USD 2.7m for scrubber.

Second instalment is scheduled for 20 January 2019 and delivery is scheduled for

4q 2019.

Vessel number 5, 6 and 7

The board has signed the contract for vessel number 5 (Hull nr. 5465), 6 (Hull

nr. 5466) and 7 (Hull number 5467). First instalment, totaling USD 25,65m is

expected to be paid by 1st September 2018 once the refund guarantee is in

place. Second installment is expected to be paid in Q2 19.
