Hunter Group ASA - CFO steps down

The board of directors has received a notice from Ola Beinnes Fosse that he will

resign from his position as CFO.

Ola Beinnes Fosse will fulfil his obligations as CFO during the termination

period mutually agreed with the Board of Directors.

"Ola has been with the Company for a little less than a year and has managed to

make a positive impact during the cooperation. I'm especially grateful for Ola´s

contributions with respect to the restructuring of Badger, streamlining the

accounting and reporting functions and support to Dwellop. Ola has also been

instrumental in obtaining construction financing for the potential WOR contract

for Dwellop and restructuring of IKM Subsea & Technology's balance sheet as part

of the transaction that now has been withdrawn. On behalf of the Company, I want

to express my thanks to Ola for his efforts and wish him success in his future

endeavours," says Vegard Urnes, Interim Chief Executive Officer.
