Hunter Group ASA - Interim CEO steps down

The board of directors has received a notice from Vegard Urnes that he will

resign from his position as interim CEO.

Vegard Urnes will fulfil his obligations as interim CEO during the termination

period mutually agreed with the Board of Directors.

"Vegard has been with the company from inception and has been a driving force in

setting up the company and leading it through challenging times. I appreciate

the quality and effort he has demonstrated. On behalf of the Company, I want to

express my thanks to Vegard for his efforts and wish him success in his future

endeavours," says John Vemmestad, Chairman of the Board.
