Hunter Group ASA - Appointment Of New Chief Financial Officer Of Hunter Group ASA

Mr. Ola Beinnes Fosse is employed as CFO in Hunter Group ASA and will be joining

the company immediately. Mr. Beinnes Fosse has extensive financial and

industrial experience from the oil service sector. Prior to joining the team,

Mr. Beinnes Fosse held the position as CFO in Rem Offshore ASA and acted as CEO

until the company merged with Solstad Offshore ASA. Before this he held a

positon as a credit research analyst in DNB Markets for three years. He

previously worked four years in GIEK (The Norwegian Export Credit Guarantee

Agency) among others as credit risk manager. Mr Beinnes Fosse holds a master

degree with specialization in financial strategy from the Norwegian School of

Management (BI).
