Bjørge Gretland has informed Badger Explorer ASA that he will resign as a member

of the Company's Board of Directors effective from 30th December 2015. Following

this, the Board of Directors will comprise Marcus Hansson (chairman), Birte N.

Borrevik, Belinda T. Ingebrigtsen and David S. Ottesen.
