Badger Explorer ASA has the pleasure to announce the employment of Mr.

Thor Arne Håland as Manager Quality, Risk and Supply Chain. Mr. Håland

has 29 years experience from the aviation industry and he will take his

new position on 1 June 2010.

Badger Explorer ASA recently announced the successful ground-breaking

demonstration of the Badger Explorer concept. The test is the proof of

the Badger Explorer concept as well as a concluding step of the

Company's prototype phase. The Badger Explorer development program is

now entering the pre-commercial phase and the recruitment of Mr. Håland

will strengthen the organization in the fields of quality, risk and

vendor follow-up.

Mr. Håland (50) obtained his mechanical engineering degree in 1988 and

he has extensive experience in the fields of quality & safety and

aircraft maintenance/production. Thor Arne Håland held various positions

in Braathens and SAS Scandinavian Airlines Norge AS.

to meet the demands we will face regarding quality and safety. Through
