Hunter Group ASA- Management update

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published at 12:08 CET on 16

February 2023 (message ID: 582661). The proposed NOK 0.04 dividend was today

rejected at the extraordinary general meeting by a group of the Company's

largest shareholders. The group is of the opinion that it is in the Company's

best interest to retain the capital and apply it towards future investments. The

retained capital should accelerate ongoing negotiations and consequently project

execution, and leave the Company sufficiently capitalized for the foreseeable

future. The Company is currently working diligently with several projects and

will inform the market further as soon as possible.
