The extraordinary general meeting in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") took place
today on 13 June 2018 at 10:00 hours (CET). All resolutions were passed in
accordance with the proposals set out in the notice for the extraordinary
general meeting. The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached
to this announcement.
