Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 January 2017

The Extraordinary General Meeting in Badger Explorer ASA took place today on 9th

January 2017 at 09:00 CET. All resolutions were passed in accordance with the

proposals set out in the Notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The minutes of the EGM is attached to this announcement and are also available

on the Company's website (www.bxpl.com).

The listing of the shares in the private placement, as well as the offer and

listing of the shares in the subsequent offering, is subject to a prospectus

being approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and published by

the Company. The prospectus, expected to be published medio January 2017, will

contain further details about the Subsequent Offering.
