Please find attached Appendix 3X “Initial Director’s Interest Notice” for Ms Carole Louise Campbell, who was appointed as a Director of FlexiGroup Limited (FXL:ASX) effective 17 May 2018.

In relation to the late lodgement of the Appendix 3X, we advise the following:

• The Appendix 3X was completed at the time of Ms Campbell’s appointment and failure to lodge was due to an administrative oversight.
