FY09 PROFIT GUIDANCE UPGRADE

FlexiGroup has previously provided market guidance of FY09 net profit after tax (NPAT) in the range of $28-30 million.

FlexiGroup wishes to inform the market that it currently expects that full year NPAT will now be approximately $32 million. This is a consequence of earlier realisation of synergies from the acquisition of Certegy, better than expected fee and other income as well as impairment losses and provisions remaining at acceptable levels.

FlexiGroup plans to release its full year results to the market, along with detailed analysis, on Thursday, 20 August 2009.

Please note that the guidance provided in this update is subject to finalisation of the FlexiGroup’s financial statements, and completion of the review by external auditors.
