humm group appoints Belinda Hannover as Group Company Secretary
humm group limited (ASX: HUM) (“ humm group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Belinda Hannover as Group Company Secretary, effective 28 July 2021. Ms Hannover will replace Isobel Rogerson who is moving into the role of Executive Vice-President Operations Canada for humm group.
Ms Hannover joins the Company from Commonwealth Bank, where she was the Executive Manager Risk and Governance Advisor (CBA) and Company Secretary (Subsidiaries).
The Board and management team express their appreciation for Ms Rogerson’s contribution during her time as Group Company Secretary and are delighted that she’ll be staying on to provide transition support to Ms Hannover before commencing her role in the new Canadian operation.
