FlexiGroup Limited announces that Tarek Robbiati has been formally appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of FlexiGroup Limited, effective 28 January 2013.
Mr John Delano has resigned from his position of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of FlexiGroup Limited and all its subsidiary entities.
