Change of Auditor

humm group limited (ASX: HUM) ( humm group) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, effective today, Ernst & Young (EY) has been appointed as auditor of humm group.

EY’s appointment follows a competitive tender process, the resignation of humm group’s current auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and receipt of ASIC’s consent under section 329(5) of the Corporations Act.

The appointment is subject to the receipt of shareholder approval. A resolution will be put to shareholders at humm group’s 2022 Annual General Meeting to approve EY’s appointment as auditor.
