This notification is submitted in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 3, of the Swedish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments by Argan Capital Management (Jersey) Limited ("Jersey GP") on behalf of itself and on behalf of Argan Capital Management L.P. ("Management L.P."), Air S.a.rl. ("Air") and Air Syndication S.C.A. ("Syndication"). Jersey GP., Management L.P. and Air, jointly the "Controlling Parties". Jersey GP is the General Partner to and parent company of Management L.P. Management L.P. is in its capacity as General Partner to the Argan Capital Fund (consisting of Argan Capital L.P., Argan Capital B L.P.) the majority shareholder and parent company of Air and Syndication. Air is the unlimited shareholder and sole manager of Syndication and under Luxembourg law controls in such capacity Syndication's exercise of voting rights in Humana AB ("Humana"). Syndication owns shares in Humana. Syndication has on March 24, 2016, sold, lent and acquired shares in Humana. Following these transactions Syndication holds 29,606,290 shares and votes in Humana, representing 55.7 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in Humana. As a result of the above mentioned transactions, the aggregate indirect holdings of the Controlling Parties correspond to 29,606,290 shares and votes in Humana, representing 55.7 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in Humana.
