Lloyd Perry resigns as a member of Humana's Board of Directors

Lloyd Perry resigns on his own request as a board member of Humana AB.

Lloyd Perry has been a member of Humana's Board of Directors since 2008, when Argan Capital Advisors LLP, where Lloyd Perry is a Managing Partner, via Air Syndication SCA became the principal owner of Humana AB.

In 2019, Argan Capital has reduced its shareholding and is no longer the largest shareholder of the company. As a consequence of the reduced shareholding, Lloyd Perry has also chosen to resign from the Board of Directors. Lloyd Perry resigns with immediate effect.
