HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 31.12.2014 AT 11:45 Huhtamäki Oyj completed the sale of its Films business Huhtamaki has completed the sale of its Films business segment to DBAG Fund VI, a fund advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, a German private equity company listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange. The divestment of the business segment supports Huhtamaki's growing focus on food packaging.
