Huhtamäki Oyj completed the acquisition of Josco, a major foodservice packaging supplier in Asia

HUHTAMÄKI OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2.4.2012 AT 14:00 Huhtamaki has completed the acquisition of Josco (Holdings) Limited ("Josco"). With the acquisition Huhtamaki continued to implement its strategy of quality growth and significantly strengthens its position as a global provider of high quality foodservice packaging products. Josco's net sales in 2011 were approximately EUR 70 million and it employs approximately 1,350 people in China and Hong Kong. The acquired business will be consolidated into the Foodservice Europe-Asia-Oceania segment as of April 1, 2012.
