We invite your attention to our letters dated April 28, 2022 and July 17, 2023 informing your good offices of the in-principle approval granted by the Board of Directors for exploring the possibility of monetizing the land parcel situated at Chikholi and Morivali, MIDC, Ambernath, Thane, Maharashtra, taken on lease from MIDC (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Land’).

In terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that pursuant to the approval granted by the Board of Directors for assignment of the leasehold rights of the Company in the Land, the Company has executed a Deed of Assignment in favour of FSPL Specialities Private Limited (formerly known as Fineotex Specialities Private Limited), for a consideration of Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crore only) and has received the complete consideration today.
