Huddly AS – Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 21 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 10 October 2025, regarding the final results in the subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent Repair Offering") where a total of 697,359 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") were subscribed for and allocated at a subscription price of NOK 11 per Offer Share, and the Company's board of directors' resolution on the share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Repair Offering.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Repair Offering has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. The Company's new share capital is NOK 1,707,153.0625, divided into 27,314,449 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.0625 and carrying one voting right.
