Huddly AS – Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Huddly AS will be held on 29 March 2022 at 12:00 (CEST).

In accordance with the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act section 5-8, the meeting will be held as a digital meeting in Teams.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting in person or by proxy must notify this via e-mail to huddly@lillebyfrisch.no no later than at 12:00, Monday 28 March 2022. Invitation to the general meeting in Teams will be sent to the enrolled shareholders via e-mail no later than the day before the general meeting.
