Norwegian asset manager selects Huddlestock Investor Services for nominee depot,

management of shareholder registers as well as customer- and tax reporting

Huddlestock Fintech AS (OSE: HUDL), today announced that a Norwegian asset

manager, who wants to remain anonymous, has selected Huddlestock Investor

Services for storage of financial instruments in a nominee depot, order

management, management of shareholder registers as well as customer- and tax

reporting.

The deal is strategically important for Huddlestock since it confirms the

market's interest for our Investment-as-a-Service concept. Expected revenues for

Huddlestock will be a combination of licence fees and bps on Assets under

Management (AuM). Implementation will start immediately.
