Huddlestock Fintech AS (OSE: HUDL), today announced the signing of a strategic

partnership agreement with Norwegian Block Exchange (NBX). The objective is for

both parties to offer each others services and a strong combined value

proposition including trading of traditional securities and digital assets

through one common platform. The partnership will bring together two innovative

companies that share a common vision for the future of finance.

NBX was established in 2018 and provides an innovative and secure digital asset

exchange platform. The management team is highly experienced and has a long

track-record from the Nordic Securities Sector. NBX was an early mover in the

market and is now well positioned to take the next commercial steps into a

quickly maturing market.
