Huddlestock Fintech AS (HUDL) – Notice of Ordinary General Meeting

Stavanger, Norway, 22 April 2021

The Ordinary General Meeting of Huddlestock Fintech AS will be held on 29 April 2021 at 12:00 hours (CEST). Due to the COVID-19 situation and in accordance with the authorities' deviations from the general rules around general meetings, this meeting will be held via virtual streaming. Shareholders can exercise their shareholder rights without physical attendance, by providing a proxy with or without voting instructions to the chairperson of the Company's Board of Directors or any other designated person.
