As of 29th April 2022,

Robert Fuchsgruber, Managing Director of Huddlestock Fintech's German operations

and CEO of Huddlestock Systems GmbH, has purchased 75 250 shares in Huddlestock

Fintech AS at an average share price of NOK 2.60. Following the purchase, he

holds 75 250 shares in Huddlestock Fintech AS.

The information included in this announcement is defined as inside information

pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation article 7 and is publicly disclosed
