Huddled Group plc (AIM:HUD), the Group focused on building a portfolio of e-commerce brands, announces that it was notified on 20 May 2024 that, on that same day, M Capital Investment Properties Limited, an entity owned by Martin Higginson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3 pence per ordinary share.

As a result, Martin Higginson, including indirect beneficial holdings, holds a total beneficial interest in 42,306,900 ordinary shares   of 0.040108663 pence each in the Company, representing 13.2% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
