Notice of Results and Presentation

Huddled Group plc (AIM:HUD), the group focused on building a portfolio of e-commerce brands, today confirms that it will release its results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on Monday 13 May 2024.

During the period, the Group revised its strategy for growth following the sale of its Immotion and Uvisan divisions, and the return of £12.7m to shareholders via a share buyback programme. The Company then completed the acquisition of Discount Dragon, underpinning its revised strategy to build a portfolio of high growth e-commerce brands.

Since the acquisition, Discount Dragon has delivered solid growth, both in terms of revenue and customer numbers, which has continued into the new financial year. The Company will provide a Q1 2024 trading update within the results announcement.

Investor Presentation

Martin Higginson, CEO, and Dan Wortley, CFO, will host a presentation and Q&A relating to the Company's results at 17:30 on Monday 13 May 2024 via the Investor Meet Company platform.
