PDMR dealings

Huddled Group plc (AIM:HUD), the circular economy e-commerce business, announces that it was notified on 28 October 2024 of the following PDMR dealings.

David Marks, Director of the Company at the time, and Lanton Investments Limited, a company jointly-owned by David Marks and his spouse, Jacqueline Marks, sold 7,255,487 and 7,231,692 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of approximately 2.76 pence per Ordinary Share 1 (together, the "Share Sales"). The Share Sales represent approximately 4.5% of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital. Following the Share Sales, David Marks will no longer hold any interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares.

M Capital Investment Properties Limited ("MCIP"), a company wholly-owned by Martin Higginson, and separately, Dan Wortley, have purchased 3,729,885 and 797,359 Ordinary Shares in the Company respectively at a price of approximately 2.76 pence per Ordinary Share.

MCIP, a company wholly-owned by Martin Higginson, acquired 21,979,360 Ordinary Shares from Martin Higginson and 5,687,686 from Samuel Higginson, Group Brand Director, at a price of 2.76 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Martin Higginson now has a total beneficial interest of 51,724,471 Ordinary Shares which represents 16.10% of the Enlarged Share Capital of the Company.

Defined terms within this announcement hold the same definition as the Company's announcement released at 0700 on 28 October 2024.
