Huddled Group PLC, the Group focused on building a portfolio of e-commerce brands, announces that it was notified on 24 November 2023 that, on that same day, M Capital Investment Properties Limited, an entity closely associated with Martin Higginson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.557 pence per ordinary share.

As a result, Martin Higginson, including indirect beneficial holdings, holds a total beneficial interest in 41,806,900 ordinary shares of 0.040108663 pence each in the Company, representing 13.13% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
