Receipt of Loan Note

Huddled Group plc (AIM:HUD), the group focused on building a portfolio of e-commerce brands, is pleased to announce ​ that ​further to the announcement on 1st March 2023 of the completion of the sale of the Immotion Location Based Entertainment VR business ("LBE") , the Company has received  $1.325m in settlement of the loan note (inclusive of interest) from Immotion, Inc, the purchaser of LBE.
