In continuation of our intimation dated January 25, 2024, relating to issuance of Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) on private placement basis, we wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on May 31, 2024 has approved the allotment of 200 NCDs of face value and issue price of Rs. 10,00,000/- each to respective allottee(s) out of the total 700 NCDs issued by the Company on January 25 ,2024.
