We refer to our communication on July 12, 2018 informing you of the decision of the Soard of Directors of the Company to issue Warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company to the Promoters I Promoter Group on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders in general meeting.

In this connection, we further write to inform you that by a Circular Resolution dated August 30,2018, the Soard has decided to withdraw the proposed preferential issue.
