Dispatch of Target’s Statement

Easton Investments Limited ( Easton or the Company ) gives notice that the Company has today completed sending its Target’s Statement to Easton Shareholders in response to the off-market proportional takeover bid by HUB24 Limited ( HUB24 ) for 1 out of every 3 ordinary shares in Easton ( HUB24’s Offer ).

HUB24’s Bidder’s Statement, which includes HUB24’s Offer, was sent to Easton Shareholders on 21 January 2021, and Easton’s Target’s Statement was lodged with ASX on 25 January 2021.
