NOTICE UNDER SECTION 650F OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 (Cth) – DECLARING OFF-MARKET BID FREE FROM CONDITIONS

To: Easton Investments Limited ACN 111 695 357 ( Easton ASX Limited ACN 008 624 691

This is a notice given by HUB24 Limited ACN 124 891 685 ( HUB24 ) in relation to the offers made under its off-market proportional takeover bid for 1 out of every 3 ordinary shares of Easton ( Offer ) contained in its Bidder's Statement dated 6 January 2021 ( Bidder's Statement ).

In accordance with section 650F of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), HUB24 declares all offers contained in the Bidder's Statement and all contracts formed from acceptance of the offers to be free from all the defeating conditions set out in the Bidder's Statement.

Accordingly, the Offer is now wholly unconditional.

As at 9:00am (Sydney time) on 1 February 2021, HUB24's voting power in Easton was 18.75%.
