HUB24 to provide wrap platform solution for IOOF

Sydney – Leading financial services company HUB24 Limited (ASX:HUB) and IOOF Holdings Limited (ASX:IFL) have executed a binding Heads of Agreement under which they have agreed to collaborate to develop a range of solutions; including an investment and superannuation wrap platform utilising HUB24’s custody, administration and technology capabilities; and a suite of managed portfolios. This agreement is subject to the negotiation of final agreements, trustee and board approvals, regulatory approvals (if required), and completion of due diligence.

Under the proposed arrangement, HUB24 will provide custody and administration services for IOOF’s new private label investment and superannuation solution that will extend the range of products and services offered to the IOOF adviser network and their clients.

HUB24’s Managing Director Andrew Alcock commented “We are pleased to be working with the team at IOOF, this private label solution is testament to our ability to deliver flexible product solutions that meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.”

The two companies are now working together to progress these initiatives, finalise formal agreements, and obtain trustee and board approvals. The private label solution is expected to be launched by the second quarter of calendar year 2021, consequently it is not expected to be material to HUB24's financial performance in the current financial year.
