HUB24 advises retirement of Ian Litster

Financial services provider HUB24 (ASX: HUB) announces that Mr Ian Litster has advised the Board that he will resign as non-executive Director with effect from 5 March 2021. The Board has commenced the search process for a new non-executive Director.

Bruce Higgins, Chairman of HUB24, commented on the retirement by saying “Ian is the longest serving director on the board, was one of the founders of HUB24 12 years ago and has served on the board as non-executive director for the last 8 years. During this time the company has achieved rapid profitable growth with funds under administration increasing to $48 billion and the platform recently being recognised as Australia’s Best Platform Overall¹”.

Ian Litster commented “I have enjoyed this opportunity to work with my fellow directors and all staff and I feel that this is the right time to retire from the board of HUB24. I intend to continue as a shareholder of HUB24 as I believe there are significant opportunities for growth”.
