2021 Annual General Meeting
HUB24 Limited (ASX: HUB) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 66 of HUB24’s Constitution the Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 14[th] of December 2021 at 1.00pm. The Annual General Meeting will be a virtual meeting and to be held online.
The closing date for receipt of any eligible nominations for the position of Director at the 2021 Annual General Meeting is 5:00 pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 26th October 2021. Nomination forms can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. Nominations can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to our registered office at:

Further details relating to the meeting and meeting access will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
