Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
HUB24 Limited (ASX: HUB) hereby provides notice that the 2020 Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday the 26[th] of November 2020.
Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
The closing date for receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2020 Annual General Meeting was 5:00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 8th October 2020.
