On August 10, 2015, Hub Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective August 8, 2015, Mark A. Yeager resigned his position as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Yeager will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
