Şirketimizin 02.10.2019 ve 02.12.2019 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararlarında, 20.000.000 TL olan ödenmiş Şirket sermayesinin, 70.000.000 TL tutarlı kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde bedelli olarak 10.000.000 TL nakit sermaye artırımı yapılması yoluyla, %50 oranında artırılarak 30.000.000 TL'ye artırılması kararları alınmış, 13.11.2019 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na("Kurul") başvuru yapılmıştı.

Kurul'un 13.02.2020 tarih ve 2020/11 sayılı Bülten'inde yayımlandığı üzere Şirketimizin bedelli sermaye artırımına ilişkin İzahname'si Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.
