In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 27[th] December, 2021 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Banking & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (“the Committee”) today, i.e., Friday, 31[st] December, 2021 has alloted 960 nos. of Senior, Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lac only) each for cash at par, aggregating to Rs. 96,00,00,000 (Rupees Ninety-Six Crore only), through private placement basis as per the particulars furnished in attached Annexure A.
