In furtherance to our letter dated 24[th] January, 2020 of even no., this is to inform that HT Media Limited has completed the acquisition of 1,310,000 fully paid-up ordinary shares (“the Shares”) (representing 8.48%) of HT Overseas Pte. Ltd. (HTOS) (Subsidiary Company) for a total consideration of S$ 1,310,000 from HT Digital Media Holdings Limited (subsidiary company) and necessary filings with RBI has been completed on March 30, 2020.

Consequent upon aforesaid acquisition, HTOS has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
